Small note

Small note. Just saying that I am blogging still, but don't kave time for a long post. Nothing eventful today. Nothing to post about. No guinea pig babies yet. I wish they had come.

Oh, one thing. I have $107.38 tward my dog fund.

Jan 29, 2005

Sorry, So dreadfully sorry. I really should post a lot more. I have been really busy. Yesterday I got a card from my grandmother (It was for my birthday) Containing a fifty dollar check! Every cent of it will go toward my dog money. I am saving for a purebred dog. I will get her in the spring. Well, not for sure, but I think my dad will let me! You see, I will pay as much as I can, then my parents will pay the rest. Then when she is two years old, I will breed her to another purebred dog. And pay my parents back with the money I got from selling the puppies. Of course, I will get to keep some of the money. But, you'd better not get me started on dogs, or I'll still be going on, and on, by the time you are a very old person. Queen has a Water polo game today. So far, only five people are going to show up! And you need at least seven people. Generally, you have a ton of people and switch off. And the team they are playing against is coming from a really long way away, and are supposed to be good.So this might be very humiliating. Queen's guinea pig, yummipuff, is going to have babies! We are really exited! She is huge!! It's going to be from a week to three weeks till she has them. I'm getting really tired of typing and my fingers feel frozen. There is a leaky pipe that is fixed but is still drying, so the fan is going, and our window is open. Last night my little sister couldn't sleep so she slept with me till 2:50 in the morning. I have a bed that is meant for only one person so that didn't work too well. Wereever I was laying, she would shove her whole body up against mine! It was awful!! Finally, at 2:50 in the morning I got up and moved her to her own bed. I 'm never doing that ever again!!

It is snowing a little. Queen is at water polo. She is just starting today. It is a very agressive sport. I don't like it at all. I only like swimteam, probably because I am good at it. For my birthday I got five charms for my charm bracelet, a cross necklace, winter gloves matching my hat, a note book with a dog on it, dangly snowmen earrings,a blue leather bracelet with my initials on it. and lipgloss. We have a family rule that when you turn a certain age you get to wear lipgloss in public. I also got some money from a relative.

Nothing much has happened today, and I don't think anything interesting will happen. I am dreadfully bored, all I am doing is babysitting my little sisters.

Book,Book Note pad!

You know the $25 gift certificate to barnes&noble I got from my grandmother? Here is what I bought: a striped pocket note pad, a book on dogs, and last but the greatest of all, ERAGON. I am afraid I never read it before this, and I have read about 150 pages since yesterday. It is so good!! And guess what, it is the deluxe edition, so it has the first chapter of Eldest!!!! and a huge fold out map. As Greek_Goddess said, It is a masterpiece! I have to admit though, the beginning is rather boring. You might have noticed I learned how to hyper-link. Queen showed me how.

Today at dinner, my littlest sister burped very loudly at the table. She said excuse me, but not quick enough to avoid a glare from my mother. She said "Mom, sometimes people burp, but then they say what they need to say make it right!"We all exploded into laughter.

Welcome back Little_Neen & Shadowfax2 ! (they were away for the holidays)

Good-bye for now, sorry for not posting, it's been hectic. My dad isn't up to par with his tonsils out and all.

Wow! I had a wonderful Christmas!!!!! Some of my favorite presents are Charlie Bone 3, and Charlie Bone 1 . I have Charlie Bone 2, and have read Charlie Bone 1. Charlie Bone 3 was awesome!!! But when I finished it I was really sad because the author is still writing the fourth book, and there are no more to read. I just settled myself with reading them over again. I also got a book on horse breeds ( As you may have guessed I adore horses), bath bubbles, a winter hat, a movie, & popcorn to go with it, a bracelet with a dog charm to go on it ( I love dogs too! My little sister who is four gave it to me & picked it out herself), lizard earrings ( from my other sister, age eight), a Barnes & noble gift certificate from my grandmother, $25 from my great-grandmother & grandfather, and that is all I can remember. I am sooo sorry for not blogging for a while, but you know the holiday season. Tomorrow my father gets his tonsils out. I had my tonsils out and GOOD GRIEF!!! It hurt so bad!! I couldn't talk for long periods of time. And the medicine, AWFUL!!!! The doctor says that the older you get the worse it hurts. So I feel really bad for my dad seeing as he is a lot older than I am, and I was dying!!!!

My 8-year-old sister has lately been sleep-walking around on her bed, and she has the top bunk of a bunk bed that she shares with my youngest sister. So mom & dad have decided that she will sleep somewhere else until they get different beds. They will probably get two twin beds for them. But until then she has to sleep on my trundle bed. My room is long and narrow, so when the trundle is pulled out it it makes it look small and messy. I don't mind sleeping with her it's just I don't like the trundle bed.Now that I am rereading the Charlie Bone books, I realize how much I like Charlies Uncle Paton.

Well that is all for now I will blog again later!

Sorrow

I am so sad. My beautiful Betta Fish, the one with the beautiful shiny purply bluish color, has passed away from this earth, and his beloved fish bowl. He has left his most loved owner in utter sadness and despair! How could he die in such an agonizing way! Why? Why?!! I found him lying on the bottom of his bowl, struggling to get to the top of his water, to get fresh air. You see, his tail had been torn off, and lay at the bottom of his bowl. I carefully helped him to the top. After getting a breath of air, he floated to the bottom, and lay there trembling. I feared Death would find him before morning. But he survived a few more Days. At last, on Monday, December 20, 2004, at 6:24 p.m. He died.

Despair, yet exitment

I am once more Cast into the depths of despair, and yet,I am also rather exited. Can one be exited and yet despair at the same time? I am not sure, yet I feel that one can.The reason I am exited is because the Lemony Snicket movie is coming out tomorrow! I am sooo exited about that! But,sigh, the reason I despair is because I had hoped that blogging so often would bring commenters. But, No!! The comment page is empty! I feel so utterly disapointed! I didn't think you would fail me again! Please have mercy on a lost wretched soul,Wandering the blogosphere in despair!!

A pinch of this, a pinch of that

You know, I really need to get my Christmas Shopping done. I now have three presents, but I need two more. Last night I participated in a Readers-Theatre at our local Library which owns a Bookmobile. The purpose of the Readers-Theatre was to raise money for a book drop (this is a tiny library with only one room and four computers). You didn't have to pay anything, but there was a suggested donation of five dollars. The books we did were called The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey,This is the Star, and Welcome Comfort. They are all very good books, but I think my favorite is The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey. The readers-theatre was all performed by the kids of our town. It was really fun. After that they had "Sandy Claus" handing out "cany-canys "("Sandy Claus" is my fun way of saying it, and on my littlest sisters first Christmas, she called candy-canes "cany-canys")

Well, I suppose I shall be leaving now.
Merry Christmas !!!

Merry Holidays and Happy Christmas!!

Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat. Please put a penny in my hat!!! Well, here comes Christmas again. It seems like I just got over Christmas. My wallet isn't exactly full. You could say it's got some holes in it. We put up our Christmas tree last night. Me and me mom and dad chopped down from the mountains on Sunday night. You just have to get a permit and you can't cut down certain ones and you can't cut ones that are over 15 feet. Apparently some people just went up and chopped off the bushy tops of some 15 foot trees and took them down the mountain to sell.We looked, and looked, and looked, and looked, and looked. And we finally found a pretty good one.Kinda sparse on the top but now that it has all the ornaments on, It looks great.

Merry Holidays, and Happy Christmas!

Typing from St. Louis Missouri

Wow!! While visiting some family my whole family went to went visit the St. Louis Arch. It was awesome. The pod we went up in( a tiny circular elevator that even I couldn't stand up in) only had five seats and there was six of us.But my mom just put my littlest sister on her lap. And at the top, Whoa!! There were some rectangular windows that you could look out. Some people were playing Frisbee on the lawn below us,and It looked like the Frisbee was skimming across the ground, because you couldn't see the space between this ground and the Frisbee. And on your left there was the Great Mississippi river. You could see so much when you looked out the window it looked like the Arch was going to fall over!!After that we went to the old courthouse, directly across from the Arch. There were all different layers in the courthouse, and lots of courtrooms! It was fun to imagine what it was like in the old days when it was still used.

I was just looking on a website were you can look at local animal shelters and adopt animals. While I was looking, it was like I was struck with some kind of realization. All those wonderful dogs and cats who were treated so dreadful, and lots of them have to be euthanized. With that sudden thought, I became dreadfully determined to help them some way. I do so love animals, instead of buying a pure bred dog I might adopt one. You see, me and my parents have this unspoken agreement; in the spring I will get a puppy. I get my choice of breed(but not something ill-tempered like a rottweiler or boxer), and name, and so on.

Oh, last night I had a sleepover with my friend (Queen was having someone over too), and Queen couldn't find the movie we wanted so she got The Triplets of Belville, a extremely unusual French cartoon. They only talk three times in the entire movie!!!!!!!

Missst, brrezze

It is a wet and rainy day.No sun penetrates the mystrious clouds.Outside everthing is quiet, save the occasional twop-tleep of raindrops, hitting unexpecting puddles. Inside, quiet, calm music is playing, and the twap-tat of fingers hitting keyboards. Minds carefully think out words to tap, and everyone is calm. Clouds decsend over the mountains, giving every thing a magical, enchanting glint.Chairs creak, computers click, everone is calm. Mountain meadows turn into beautiful fairylands, woods turn into stages, grasses and rocks into audiences, mist curtains lift, revealing the scene. gentle mountain breezes whisk you away to a sparkling brook, half frozen but still, ever faithful makes the journey through and under the ice. The last wild flower stands to salute mist and tree, wind and rock. Stroll through the enchanted beauty of the world around you, feel the trees grow, the clouds move, Smell the weather, see the breeze. Moon breaks through cloud and mist, bathing the world in mystry and enchantment.Laying in the grass you stare at star and moon.Closeing eyes you Breath, in out. In out. In out. Eyes open, looking at star and moon, but, different. You look up at them, and they look down to you.

Drat.Darn.Fooey.

I haven't been blogging in weeks, so you probaly won't be reading this, because you won't be reading my blog, because I haven't been blogging in weeks , and I don't know about you, but I get tired of looking at them same old post, so If there is just the same old post, then nobody ever reads it, even though they should be commenting faithfully about how you should come back.

Now, I have some exiting things to tell you. I got to watch my dog have an ACL replacement surgery!! It was really cool!! She is doing good. I watched her surgery because I want to be a vet. I also got to watch the vet spay a dog and sew up an amputated leg. I found it very interesting.
